1. About TickBook:
TickBook by Céra is a digital platform that provides:
-Event registration
-Ticket booking and sales
-Digital tickets and access management
-TickBook acts as a technology service provider and does not itself organize events unless explicitly stated.
2. User Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old to use the app, unless parental or guardian approval is provided for specific events.
You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account Registration:
To use certain features, you may be required to create an account.
You are responsible for:
-Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
-All activities carried out through your account
-TickBook is not responsible for unauthorized use resulting from your negligence.
4. Ticket Booking & Registration:
-All bookings are subject to availability.
-Once a booking is confirmed, a digital ticket or QR code will be issued.
-Tickets are valid only for the specified event, date, and person.
-Tickets may not be duplicated, resold, or transferred unless allowed by the event organizer.
5. Payments:
-Prices are displayed clearly before confirmation.
-Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
-TickBook does not store payment card details.
-By completing a payment, you authorize TickBook and its payment partners to process the transaction.
6. Refunds & Cancellations:
-Refund and cancellation policies are determined by the event organizer.
-TickBook is not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, or changes.
-Any applicable refunds will be processed according to the organizer’s policy.
-Service or processing fees may be non-refundable.
7. Event Changes & Access:
-Event organizers may change schedules, venues, or programs.
-TickBook is not liable for changes made by organizers.
-Entry may be refused if tickets are invalid, duplicated, or misused.
8. User Conduct:
You agree not to:
-Use the app for unlawful purposes
-Provide false or misleading information
-Attempt to interfere with app security or functionality
-Copy, manipulate, or misuse tickets or QR codes
-Violation may result in suspension or termination of access without notice.
9. Intellectual Property:
All content within the TickBook app and website, including logos, designs, text, and software, is the property of TickBook by Céra or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Middle East laws:
-TickBook is not liable for event-related issues, accidents, or losses
-TickBook is not responsible for actions or omissions of event organizers
-Use of the app and website is at your own risk
11. Suspension & Termination:
TickBook reserves the right to:
-Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
-Restrict access for security, legal, or operational reasons
12. Data Protection:
Use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected in compliance with Middle East regulations.
13. Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the Middle East, without prejudice to mandatory local consumer protection laws.
14. Changes to These Terms:
TickBook may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updates will be published in the app and take effect immediately upon posting.
